ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") relates to the sale of the service specified below, which the buyer intends to purchase from the seller's internet address, and is intended to determine the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller under the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.


ARTICLE 3- CHARACTERISTICS, PRICE, AND PAYMENT METHOD OF THE SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE
5- COSTS RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE

The costs related to the performance of the service subject to the contract are borne by the buyer. The performance of the contract by the seller will be carried out within a maximum of ________ days following the payment of the contract price by the buyer. If the agreed price is not paid by the buyer within ________ days after the contract is signed, the seller's obligation to perform ceases.


ARTICLE
6- FORCE MAJEURE

Circumstances that were not existing or foreseeable at the time of signing the contract, that develop outside the control of the parties, and that prevent one or both of the parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract or from performing them at the agreed time, are considered force majeure. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, uprising, changes in legislation, seizure, strike, lockout, significant breakdown in production facilities), the party unable to perform its debt due to force majeure will immediately notify the other party in writing.



ARTICLE 7- RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the location where the buyer has purchased the service or where the seller's residence is located, up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding that value, are authorized. According to Article 68 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, district or provincial consumer arbitration committees are authorized for consumer claims within the specified upper and lower limits.
